Instead of the standard walk I took one of the same length, walking first to PAMF to drop off my stool sample test, then to Peet’s to buy coffee, then past a different coffee shop to get my full 2.5 miles.
This evening at 5pm I sang for the birthday dinner. Every two months there is a birthday dinner to honor those with b’days in those months. And there is a custom of resident musicians performing at the start of this. I sang three songs, with Kay on flute accompanying me on two of them. Plus a group-sing of the birthday song. We didn’t screw anything up, and people seemed pleased.
No more performances scheduled before mid-September. I’m going to get the guitar serviced.
